: Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Declaration declaring that the History Sheet Book opened and maintained in the name of the petitioner O.P.S.PULIURVASAN as History Sheet rowdy by the respondents are unconstitutional, ultra virus and consequently direct the respondents to remove the name of the petitioner from the History Sheet Book forthwith based on the petitioner's representation dated 29.11.2019.

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to remove the name of the petitioner from the History Sheet Book forthwith based on the petitioner's representation dated 29.11.2019. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would reiterate the contentions raised in the affidavit. 3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent police would submit that the representation of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/4

W.P.(MD)No.16886 of 2020 petitioner, dated 29.11.2019 will be considered within a period of two months.

4.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, without adverting to the merits of the case, the respondents police are directed to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 29.11.2019, seeking to remove his name from the history sheet, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order on merits and in accordance with law and communicate the decision to the petitioner. 5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
