ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to the respondents 3 & 4 to pass orders on his request for regularizing his service in time scale of pay by considering representation dated 16.06.2023 in the light of G.O.Ms.no.35, School Education Department dated 09.02.2007.

2.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 6 submits that the request of the petitioner has been considered and it has also been rejected by the fourth respondent, vide order dated 18.02.2026. A copy of the rejection order has also been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.Recording the above submission, this writ petition is closed with a liberty to the petitioner to workout her remedy in the manner known to law. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
