This petition has been filed seeking direction directing the respondents to expedite the investigation in Crime No.346 of 2021 dated 17.04.2021 on the file of the respondent police and file a final report within a time stipulated by this Court. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation is under progress and he seeks three months time to complete the investigation and file a final report before the concerned Court.

3.This Criminal Original Petition is allowed of with the direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation and file a final report before the concerned Court within a period of three months from the date of the receipt of the copy of this order.
