ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by J. NISHA BANU, J.) The petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition for a direction directing the respondents 1 and 2 to efface/delete the impugned attachment entry in the encumbrance certificate relating to the schedule of property registered at the instance of the sixth respondent as Document No.21 of 2021 on the file of the second respondent within a reasonable time fixed by this Court by considering its representation dated 04.07.2024.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the sixth respondent would submit that the sixth respondent had already removed the attachment in the name of the sixth respondent. In such circumstances, the petitioner Bank is at liberty to proceed further. 3.With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
