This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking a direction to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take appropriate action against the 3rd and 4th respondent based on the petitioner representation dated 18.07.2022 2.Mr.M.Sakthi Kumar, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner gave complaint against the respondents 3 and 4 which was received and CSR Nos 94 of 2022 on 11.07.2022 and CSR No.98 of 2022 on 18.07.2022 was given and it is under enquiry.

4.In view of the above, the second respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry with regard to the CSR registered in CSR Nos. 94 of 2022 on 11.07.2022 and 98 of 2022 on 18.07.2022 and pass orders on 2/4

merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No Costs.
