ORDER

The impugned order is an inter department communication between the Tahsildar and the Revenue Divisional Officer. It relates to the correction in the 2/4

UDR patta. A copy of the same had not been marked to the petitioner also. The petitioner is always at liberty to question the order passed, if any, by the Revenue Divisional Officer.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner had also appeared for enquiry.

3. Naturally, his representation will also be took note of and only thereafter the District Revenue Officer, who is competent authority to examine correction in the UDR patta, will pass orders. As on date, the writ petition is pre-mature. The Court cannot interfere with inter-department communications which are exchanged to clarify decisions by the officials.

4. Giving liberty to the petitioner to question any order passed, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
