ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the second respondent police and his subordinates not to harass or illtreat the petitioner and his family members on the guise of enquiry in connection with a money transaction at the instance of the respondents 3 and 4.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has borrowed money from the private respondents herein for her daughter marriage. Thereafter, they demanded exorbitant interest from the petitioner.

3.The learned Additional Public prosecutor would submit that there was a money dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents, for which they gave a complaint before the second respondent police. Based upon the compliant, enquiry was undertaken in C.S.R.No.610 of 2021. During the course of enquiry, it was found that it is purely money dispute and the same was closed with the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P(MD)No.13548 of 2021 direction to the parties to approach the Civil Court for getting proper remedy.

4.Since the complaint has been closed, nothing survives for further consideration in this matter. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
