This Criminal Appeal is filed by the accused No.6 as against the order passed by the learned III Additional District and Sessions (PCR) Judge, Madurai in Cr.MP.No.950 of 2021, dated 27.08.2021, denying bail to him.

2.When this Criminal Appeal is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl Side) appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 submits that the appellant has been released on statutory bail.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the appellant has also confirmed the same and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Appeal.
