ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents No.1 to 2 herein to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner's life and limb on the basis of his representation dated 09.06.2023 given by the petitioner.

2. Now the grievance of the petitioner is that inspite of repreated occurrence, causing severe assault to the petitioner and his father namely Manogaran, no proper action has been taken by the second respondent herein.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that it is a case and counter case and both are kept pending. It is a case of assualt and caused damage to the petitioner's property.

4. The second respondent is directed to enquire the complaint that was given by the petitioner on its own merits and take action within seven days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
