ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Sankarankovil to take on file in Charge Sheet in Cr.No.239 of 2016 filed by the respondent dated 24.09.2016.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent police have already filed a final report on 24.09.2016 before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Sankarankovil and the same is yet to be taken on file.

3.Therefore, the respondent police is directed to follow up and number the final report that has been filed on 24.09.2016, within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
