The learned counsel for the petitioner has given a letter, dated 20.10.2016, to the Registry to withdraw this writ petition, which reads as follows:- https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

"The issue involved in the Writ Petition is pertaining to transfer. Since, the prayer in the Writ Petition becomes infructuous, it is necessary to withdraw the Writ Petition and no prejudice would be caused to the respondents therein.

Hence, it is requested to list the Writ Petition in W.P(MD)No.18057 of 2016 under withdrawal caption by tomorrow, i.e., on 22.10.2016."

2.In view of the letter given by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are dismissed.
