ORDER

This writ petition is filed directing the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 11.04.2026. 2.Upon hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and perusing the material records of the case, the grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner was made to pay a sum of Rs.8,00,000/- towards advance with reference to the land and was sought to be put in possession of the property. However, at that stage, after taking the money, even the goods were also stolen, in respect of which already a complaint has been given. With reference to the tenancy the representation is made and the petitioner is seeking to consider the same.

3.The learned counsel took notice on behalf of the respondents one and two would submit that they will consider the representation in accordance with law.

4.In view of the nature of relief passed and since no observation is made with reference to the merits of the allegations, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage without notice to the third respondent Waqf. The writ petition is disposed of on the following terms: (i)The representation of the petitioner dated 11.04.2026 shall be taken up for enquiry by the 1st respondent.

(ii)Due notice to the petitioner and the third respondent shall be issued and the issue shall be decided in the manner known to law. (iii)In any event, a final orders be passed within a period of four months from the date of receipt of the web copy of the order. (iv)No costs.
