(Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J) The petitioner submitted representation to the Tahsildar, Uthamapalayam Taluk on 04 January, 2017 requesting to take action to remove the encroachment made on the L.F.Road in T.S.No.4/2A-1, Natham Survey Nos.755/1, 756/1, 758/1, Block NO.25 Ward No.31 and in Survey Nos.2198, 2198/1B in Cumbum Mettu Highways. follow up action was not taken, the petitioner is before this Court.

2.We direct the respondents 3 to 5 to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner on merits and as per law, after issuing notice to the alleged encroachers. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
