dated 25.10.2024 in crl.M.P(MD)No.707 of 2024 in Crl.A(MD)No.263 of 2023.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA J.) This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court on 25.10.2024 in Crl.M.P(MD)No.11432 of 2024 in crl.M.P(MD)No.707 of 2024 in Crl.A(MD)No.263 of 2023.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent. 3.This Court, on 25.10.2024, while modifying the order dated 31.07.2024 passed the following order:

"6.Taking into consideration all the factors we would modify the condition No.9(iii) and direct the petitioner to stay at Trichy and report before the Inspector of Police, Fort Police Station, every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. It is made clear that the petitioner shall not enter into jurisdiction limit of the respondent police." 4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the parents of the petitioner are old age and one of the brother also physically challenged person and hence, they need his assistance both by way of earning and moral support. Hence, he seeks for modification.

5.Considering the submissions made on either side, condition imposed by this Court on 25.10.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Mahila Court, Pudukottai, on first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further order. It is made clear that the petitioner shall not enter into jurisdiction limit of the respondent police. The other conditions imposed by this Court if any shall remain unaltered.
