ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioners and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents. 2.The wife of the first petitioner passed away on 07.12.2005. The petitioners want legal heirship certificate. Since it has not been given, the present writ petition has been filed.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader on instructions submitted that regarding basic facts projected in the writ petition, there is no doubt and that if the petitioners submit a formal online application, the legal heirship certificate as sought for will be immediately issued.
