PRAYER :- to modify the condition (b). the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police Station daily at 10.30 AM, until further orders imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.7534 of 2025 dated 09.05.2025 on the file of this Court. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to modify the condition No.7(b) imposed in Crl.OP (MD).No.7534 of 2025 dated 09.05.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is the accused in Crime No.193 of 2025, she filed an anticipatory bail application before this Court on 22.04.2025 in Crl.OP.(MD).No.7534 of 2025. The said anticipatory bail petition was heard and ordered on 09.05.2025, this Court was pleased to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. In the said bail order, Condition No.7(b) are as follows:

''7(b). The petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders. ''

3. He further submits that the petitioner is facing hardship to comply the condition, because the respondent police continuously threatened the petitioner. Hence, the petitioner has filed this present petition to modify the said condition No.7(b) and requested to modify the condition to appear before the respondent police and the petitioner is ready to appear before the concerned Judicial 2/4

Magisterate. Hence, he prays for modification of the said condition No.7(b).

4. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, this Court is inclined to modify the Condition No.7(b) imposed in the order made in Crl.O.P (MD).No.7534 of 2025 dated 09.05.2025. Accordingly, Condition No.7(b) is modified as ''(b). The petitioner shall appear and sign before the Judicial Magistrate, Devakottai, daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
