ORDER
This Court has passed an order, dated 17.04.2025, directing the petitioner to deposit 75% of the arrears of maintenance and continue to pay a sum of Rs.9,000/- per month till the disposal of the criminal revision.

However, considering the plight of the petitioner, this Court has passed a modified order dated 15.07.2025, modifying the order dated 17.04.2025, by directing the petitioner to deposit 25% of the maintenance amount pending as of now, on or before 22.07.2025 and continue to pay sum of Rs.5,000/- per month till the disposal of the revision case.
3. Even thereafter, when the matter was taken up for hearing today, i.e., on 28.07.2025, the learned counsel for the petitioner appeared before this Court and submitted that the petitioner was not able to comply with the modified order dated 15.07.2025.
4. In view of the same, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the main Criminal Revision case and the connected miscellaneous petition are also dismissed. No costs. 28.07.2025 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes Sml 2/4
