Plaintiff PRAYER: This Civil Revision Petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 19.11.2020 passed in I.A.No.35 of 2020 in O.S.No.30 of 2020 on the file of the Principal District Munsif, Thiruchendur by allowing this civil revision petition. ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 19.11.2020 passed in I.A.No.35 of 2020 in O.S.No.30 of 2020 on the file of the Principal District Munsif, Thiruchendur by allowing this civil revision petition. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has initiated RCOP proceedings and therefore, he did not want to pursue the present Civil Revision Petition.
