The petitioner, has sought for a direction to the police to give protection from the respondent. The petitioner submits that a civil suit is pending between the petitioner and unofficial respondents / fifth respondent. When this matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner requested the Court to permit him to withdraw this Criminal Original Petition. Permission is granted.
