PRAYER :- To extend the time to comply the order made in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.2717 of 2025 dated 14.03.2025.
ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed for extension of time for compliance of the conditional order passed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.2717 of 2025 dated 14.03.2025.
2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Hon'ble Court passed order in Crl.O.P(MD).No.2717 of 2025 dated 14.03.2025 and this Hon'ble Court enlarged the petitioners on anticipatory bail. The first accused comply the said condition and released on anticipatory bail. Insofar as, these petitioners are concerned, they are cooli workers and they unable to execute the bond and not able to arrange sureties with solvency certificates to produce before the concerned Court. For the said reasons only, they are unable to comply the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.2717 of 2025 dated 14.03.2025. Hence, he prayed to extend the time period, by allowing this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent has not raised any objection to allow this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition.
4. Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the 2/4
Petitioner and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, this Court is inclined to extend the time period. Accordingly, further period of two weeks is granted from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
