Advocate (CRL Side) for Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.9834 of 2021, dated 23.07.2021.

2.Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, submitted that the petitioner has complied with the conditions from 30.07.2021 to 24.08.2021 and thereafter, he did not comply with the same.
