Respondents (in all petitions) Common Prayer: Civil Revision Petitions - filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 23.04.2018 made in I.A.No.694, 695 and 696 of 2017 in O.S.No.298 of 2005 on the file of the learned District Munsif, Thanjavur and allow these Civil Revision Petitions. For Petitioners : Mr.P.Arun Jayaram (in all petitions) COMMON ORDER The plaintiffs in O.S.No.298 of 2015 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Thanjavur, are the revision petitioners herein. It is a suit for bare injunction. After the evidence was concluded on either side, the matter was posed for arguments. The plaintiffs filed three Interlocutory Applications. One for reopen, second one for recall and the third one for marking new documents. The Court below by orders impugned in these civil revision petitions, dismissed the three Interlocutory Applications. Hence, these civil revision petitions have been filed.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioners.

3. This Court is of the view that the Court below rightly dismissed the Interlocutory Applications filed by the plaintiffs taking into account their belated nature. The reason assigned by the Court below is sound and acceptable and there is no merit in these civil revision petitions. Accordingly, these civil revision petitions are dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
