ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for R1 to R3.

2. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to R4 to R6 is dispensed with.

3. It is seen that the petitioner and five others have filed O.S.No.171 of 2013 on the file of the 3rd Additional Sub Court, Madurai. It is a suit for partition. If according to the petitioner, there should not be any registration of document in respect of the petition mentioned land so that it should not be surveyed, the petitioner can as well file I.A in the pending suit. The petitioner is given liberty to file I.A with reliefs sought for in this writ petition in the 2/4

pending suit. If such an IA is filed, the same will be disposed of on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks thereafter. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
