O R D E R This petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent No. 3 for not to harass the petitioner and his family members by way of interfering in the civil dispute related to O.S.No.103 of 2023 pending before the Principal District Munsif Court, Dindigul District, on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 15.06.2023, in accordance with law.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that one Ganesan, gave a complaint against the petitioner. On the basis of the above said complaint, enquiry has been undertaken. During the course of enquiry, it was found that civil suit is pending between the parties before the District Munsif Court. Pending the above said trial process, a complaint has been given as if the petitioner is blocking the common pathway by putting up fence, he was also assaulted. 3.Let the assault complaint be enquired by the respondent police, leaving other issue to the parties to resolve in the pending suit. Let the above said enquiry be completed within a period of fifteen days from the date of appearance of parties.

4.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
