ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to extend the time to the petitioner for surrender / appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Vadipatti, Madurai District, to execute the anticipatory bail bonds pursuant to the order of this Court in Crl.OP (MD) No.8747 of 2025 dated 14.05.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that some penal provisions has been left out instead of offence under sections 118(1), 296(b), and 351

(3) of BNS r/w Section 4 of TNPHW Act and Section 3 of TNPPDL Act it has been wrongly mentioned as 118(1), 296(b), and 351(3) of BNS. Hence, he prays to extend the time to comply with the conditions.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that major sections were not included in this petition.

4. Considering the submission of both sides, reasons stated in the petition is not satisfied, Hence, this Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to file a 2/3
