PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to initiate an enquiry and cancel the postal license of the third respondent on conclusion of the enquiry in accordance with law based on the petitioner's representation, dated 12.09.2016.

initiate an enquiry and cancel the postal license of the third respondent on conclusion of the enquiry in accordance with law based on the petitioner's representation, dated 12.09.2016. 2.Heard Mr.B.Prasanna Vinoth, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.Shanmuga Selvam, learned Counsel appearing for the first respondent and Mr.Sathishkumar, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the second respondent and Mr.S.Anand Chandrasekar, learned Counsel appearing for the third respondent.

3.Considering the limited prayer sought for in the Writ petition, without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 12.09.2016 on merits and in accordance with law, after providing necessary opportunities to the petitioner and the third respondent within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
