********* The landlord who filed R.C.O.P.No.188 of 2016 before the Rent Controller cum Principal District Munsif, Madurai Town is the revision petitioner herein. He seeks an early disposal of his R.C.O.P.No.188 of 2016. Since, the said request is reasonable, this Court directs the Rent Controller to dispose of the R.C.O.P.No.188 of 2016 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a coy of this order.

2.Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No costs.
