petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD).No.6672 of 2025 dated 16.04.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly and he prays for modification of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.6672 of 2025 dated 16.04.2025, is modified and the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Devakottai, on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
