Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Mandamus to disburse my retirement benefits due by considering petitioners representation dated 23/02/2015 in the light of the order passed by this Honourable Court in WP(MD) No.3105 of 2006 dated 29/07/2011.

Cont.P.(MD) No.1750 of 2019 complied with by the respondents vide proceedings dated 08.01.2020 and 16.09.2021 and he has also produced a copy of the proceedings to that effect.

2. Taking the aforesaid proceedings dated 08.01.2020 and 16.09.2021 on record, this contempt petition is closed. If the petitioner is still aggrieved, it is open to him to challenge the same in the manner known to law.
