(MD)No.28202 of 2023, this Contempt Petition has been filed. 2.Today, when the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor forwarded a copy of G.O.Ms.No.398, Home (Prison-IV) Department, dated 11.07.2024, by which, the Life Convict Prisoner No.127, Pandiammal had been released prematurely on the occasion of the 115th Birthday of Dr.Peraringar Anna on 15.09.2023.
