The petitioner has made a request for permitting him to conduct a Spa and has filed this petition seeking a direction to the respondent Police to provide no objection certificate. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submits that the petitioner's request was considered and the same was rejected by an order dated 21.07.2025. 2/4

3.Recording the aforesaid submission, this writ petition is closed with a direction to the respondents to furnish a copy of the rejection order to the petitioner enabling her to workout her remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
