Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to instruct the 3rd respondent to make such corrections in the Sketch of the Survey No.1102A/8, in the relating Field Measurement Book as well as the Sketch kept in the Computer under the control of the respondents herein and issued the copy of the Sketch of the Survey No.1102A/8 to the petitioner.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction, directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to instruct the 3rd respondent to make corrections in the Sketch in respect of Survey No.1102A/8 and in the relating Field Measurement Book as well as the Sketch kept in the Computer under the control of the respondents herein and issue corrected copy of Sketch to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Today the learned Government Advocate submitted that even though order has already been passed to issue corrected F.M.B copy, they are not able to give the corrected F.M.B due to some software problem in the computer. However, the respondents are willing to give corrected manual F.M.B copy to the petitioner.

3. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is closed. The respondents are directed to issue corrected manual F.M.B copy to the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No Costs.
