Respondents Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the 1st Respondent in Na.Ka.No.Aa4/42791/2015 dated 24.11.2015 and quash the same and direct the respondents to issue Kattunaickan Community Certificate to the petitioner's sons, namely, Balamurugan, Kannan and Subramanian.

[Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J.] After some arguments, the learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition with a liberty to approach the State Level Committee, as per G.O.(Ms).No.147 Revenue (RA-3(2)] Department, dated 17.03.2016.
