By the representation dated 30.08.2016, the petitioner has sought for maintenance of the drainage channel and leakage of the drainage water in the common pathway by the first respondent, situated in Survey No.226(1) and 227(13A2), Sandaiyur village, Peraiyur Taluk. As the representation was not considered, the petitioner has approached this Court.

takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage. 3.The learned Standing Counsel for the respondents would submit that within a period of two weeks, the third respondent will consider the representation of the petitioner dated 30.08.2016 and pass orders.

4.In view of the submission made by the learned standing counsel for the respondents, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 30.08.2016 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
