The orders pertaining to payment as retirement benefits to an employee passed in a casee of batch of Writ Petition came to be wrongly typed in respect of WP(MD).No.18093/2016. Hence, the order is liable to be recalled and accordingly the order dated 22.09.2016 is recalled.
