ORDER

Against the order passed by the second respondent under Section 47(A)(3) of the Indian Stamp Act, the petitioner filed this Writ Petition.

2. Against the order passed by the Special Deputy Collector (Stamps), an appeal will lie under Section 47(A)(5) of the Indian Stamp Act, before the Chief Controlling Revenue Authority. Thereafter, against the order passed by the Chief Controlling https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Revenue Authority, further appeal will lie before this Court under Section 47(A)(10) of the Act. But, without availing all those opportunities, the present Writ Petition is filed.

3. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to challenge the order passed by the second respondent, before the competent authority. No Costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
