[Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J.] After some arguments, the learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to pursue the remedy under the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 and also to approach the respondent bank for an amicable settlement. He has made an endorsement to that effect.

Therefore, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty, as sought for by the petitioner. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. The Registry is directed to return the original impugned order to the learned counsel for the petitioner, after substituting the same with a photocopy thereof, in the bundle.
