This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to give police protection to the petitioner's life and limb from the respondents 3 and 4.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner reiterated the contentions raised in the affidavit.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would state that on the complaint of the petitioner dated 13.10.2020, the petitioner and the respondents 3 and 4 were called for enquiry and during enquiry, both parties have stated that the subject matter is pending before the concerned jurisdictional Tahsildar and they will seek their remedy before the Tahsildar and based on the above statement, the complaint was closed on 26.11.2020.

4.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.
