This petition is filed to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioners in the name of enquiry in the light of the order, dated 01.07.2022 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.11778 of 2022.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, submitted that based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, an enquiry was conducted by the respondent police and the same was closed. He further submitted that no case is pending as against the petitioners as on date.
