This writ petition is field seeking for a Mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the application given by the petitioner dated 23.02.2015 seeking for plan approval and building plan permission for the church building in S.No.411/3A2 in Konamvilai, Maarayapuram, Kaapukadu Post, Kanyakumari District by regularizing the construction already put up by the petitioner in the said property.

2. As it is stated that the petitioner made an application before the first respondnet, it is for the first respondent to consider the application and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner.

3. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of only with the direction to the first respondent to consider the application given by

the petitioner dated 23.02.2015 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No costs.
