O R D E R

This petition has filed by the petitioner to direct the second respondent to not to harass the petitioner and her mother-in law Sakunthala by considering the petitioner's representation dated 02.07.2024 in accordance with law.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that no harassment was made by the respondents and the case has been registered as against the husband of the petitioner for cheating, thereby filed this petition without any valid reasons..

3. Since the prayer of the petitioner is not to harass the petitioner and already respondents have also denied the alleged harassment, nothing survives for further adjudication. In view of the same and recording the above said submission of the learned Government Advocate, this criminal original petition is closed.
