ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to withdraw the investigation in Crime No.99 of 2022 pending on the file of the respondents and to transfer the same to any other competent investigation officer in the interest of fair investigation. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that investigation was conducted in Crime No.99 of 2022 and the same was closed as 'mistake of fact' Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
