ORDER

This petition is filed seeking direction to the respondents to remove the name of the petitioner from the rowdy list opened by the respondents 2 and 3, on the basis of the representation dated 30.07.2021.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents would submit that he has to get instructions from the respondents with regard to the number of cases pending against this petitioner. The representation is pending so far. 3.Considering the limited request that has been made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the representation dated 30.07.2021 and pass orders on merits within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
