ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents to absorb and appoint the petitioner in the regular post under the 2nd respondent Corporation by considering his representation dated 24.02.2017.

2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been working as a daily wage employee from the year 2009 under the 2nd respondent. Though similarly placed persons had already been regularised, his claim for regularisation of his service made through a representation dated 24.02.2017, has not been considered by the respondents and so, he has approached this Court. 3.The learned Counsel appearing for the respective respondents submitted that the claim of the petitioner would be taken into account on merits.

merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.02.2017, on merits and in accordance with law and pass necessary orders, after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
