ORDER

The petitioner has filed this petition seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 not to interfere in the civil dispute under the guise of the enquiry conducted by the 3rd respondent, based on his representation dated 09.07.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that there is a property dispute between the petitioner and the 4th respondent. Based on the complaint given by the petitioner and the 4th respondent, petition enquiry was conducted in CSR Nos.193 and 196 of 2024 and the same were closed as it is only a property dispute.
