O R D E R

The writ petition challenges the show cause notice issued by the second respondent in his proceedings dated 20.06.2016, under which, the petitioner has been called upon to show cause, within a period of fifteen days.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents. 3.The grievance of the petitioner is that the enquiry report, dated 08.10.2015 not provided to him. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.As the show cause notice itself gives an opportunity to the petitioner, against the proposed show cause notice, no serious prejudice will be caused to the petitioner. However, the respondents are directed to furnish the enquiry report i.e. referred to under reference No.1 of the order, dated 20.06.2016, to the petitioner within one week. After receipt of the report contemplated under reference No.1, within three weeks thereafter, the petitioner is directed to submit his explanation and based on that, the respondents are directed to take further decision in accordance with law. Till such time, no coercive steps shall be taken.

5.It is the submission of the respondent that no further steps has been taken subsequent to the order, dated 20.06.2016.

6. The said submission is placed on record.
