ORDER
The present petition has been filed seeking extension of time for complying with the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 27.04.2026 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.7758 of 2026, wherein the petitioner was directed to surrender before the concerned Court on or before 07.05.2026.
2. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had health issues and he is therefore unable to surrender before the concerned Court on or before 07.05.2026, and thus seeks further time to surrender before the said Court.
3. Considering the reasons assigned in the present petition, the time period to surrender before the concerned Court is hereby extended till 19.06.2026. It is made clear that no further extension will be granted. 2/4
