This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.6 of 2018 on the file of the first respondent police.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the respondent police have registered the First Information Report in Crime No.6 of 2018 on 15.02.2018. Thereafter the case has been transferred to the file of the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Kolachel and fresh crime number has been assigned in Kolachel Police Station.
