PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the second respondent herein to complete the investigation and file final report before the learned Judicial magistrate in respect of Crime No.437 of 2020 dated 10.09.2020 on the file of the Eral Police Station, Thoothukudi District under Sections 147, 341, 339, 294(b), 506(ii) of IPC and r/w Section 4 of TNPHW Act, 2002 in accordance with law.

O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the second respondent herein to complete the investigation and file final report before the jurisdictional Court in respect of Crime No.437 of 2020, dated 10.09.2020 on the file of the Eral Police Station, Thoothukudi District for the offences under Sections 147, 341, 339, 294(b), 506(ii) of IPC and r/w Section 4 of TNPHW Act, 2002, in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would state that the FIR was registered on 10.09.2020 in Crime No.437 of 2020 and the same is pending without filing the final report.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor prays two months time for filing Final Report.

5.Considering the submission, the respondents are directed to complete the investigation and file the Final Report in Crime No.437 of 2020, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the aforesaid direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
