ORDER

The wife seeks transfer of I.D.O.P.No.203 of 2020 filed by the husband on the file of the Family Court at Dindigul. The transfer is sought for on the ground of convenience alone, as the wife is a resident of Periyakulam Town, Theni District. 2.Mr.P.Sarvagan Prabhu, learned Counsel for the husband would submit that he has no objection for transferring the OP to the Family Court at Theni.

3.Accepting the statement made by the learned Counsel, I.D.O.P.No.203 of 2020 is withdrawn from the file of the Family Court at Dindigul and transferred to the file of the Family Court, Theni.

4.The learned Counsel for the respondent/husband would submit that the presence of the respondent may be dispensed with for the non effective hearings. He can make the request to the Family Court at Theni by a petition and if such petition is filed, the Family Court, Theni, shall consider the same in accordance with law and allow the Counsel to appear for non effective hearings. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
